Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MaMegasRealm. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return most items within 3 calendar days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

• Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

• Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or order number is required.

• Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards

• Digital products

• Personal care items (for health/safety reasons)

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Items marked "final sale" or "non-returnable"

3. Return Process (3 Simple Steps)

Step 1: Request Authorization

• Contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery at returns, official@mamegas.com or through our contact page.

• Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

• We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 2: Packaging and Shipping

• Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

• Include the completed return form (we will email it to you).

• Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• Ship the package to the return address provided in your authorization email.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 Step 3: Inspection and Processing

• We inspect all returns upon receipt (usually within 2-3 business days).

• Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process

• Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and approving your return.

• Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply for opened or incomplete items.

• Exchanges: For size/color exchanges, we will ship the replacement item upon receipt of the return, subject to availability.

7. Important Notes

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. • Refunds may take longer to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank/payment service provider.

• Sale items may be subject to different return conditions (see the product page for details).

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging.

3. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
